Since establishing the firm in 1980, Founding Director David Duns has built up a long-standing base of business and consultancy clients, reflective of his empathy with and understanding of their needs. David's expertise encompasses the structuring and financing of business transactions for clients in the property, motor vehicle and hospitality sectors. He has considerable experience in dispute resolution and business negotiations. He enjoys associating with the firm's many clients and it says a lot about his performance when his first-ever client still actively engages his services. David is a Trustee of the Canterbury West Coast Air Rescue Trust.
