Dan graduated Otago University with a Master of Professional Accounting Qualification at the end of 2019. Having gained four years experience working as an accountant in Dunedin, he knew the time was right to make the move to Christchurch – joining Duns at the start of 2024.
As part of the role, Dan enjoys getting to know each client and also getting to know exactly what they need from an advisors point of view, not only to help them achieve their business goals, but to prepare them for any future opportunities that may arise.
He has experience with a wide range of compliance work including financial reporting, taxation, software integrations and the application of Standards for special purpose reporting.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys playing music with his bands, as well as spending quality time with his friends and family.
